1. About these terms

These terms form the agreement between you (the parent or carer) and Tiny Angels Day Nursery Ltd (company number 17071235), 6 Leeland Road, London W13 9HH (“we” or “us”). When you accept a place, you’ll sign a registration form and contract that confirms these terms and your child’s start date. If anything in your signed contract differs from this page, your contract applies.

2. Places and registration

We care for babies from 2 months up to their second birthday.
As a small nursery, we offer full-time places only: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 6:30pm.
Joining our waiting list is free and doesn’t guarantee a place. Places are offered in the order families join, with priority for brothers and sisters.
There is no registration fee.
A place is confirmed when we receive your signed registration form and a deposit of two weeks’ fees.
The deposit comes off your first invoice. It is fully refunded if you cancel at least 8 weeks before your start date; after that, it isn’t refundable.

3. Fees and payment

Our fee is £105 a day, including meals, snacks, drinks, nappies, wipes and activities.
Fees are worked out over the 51 weeks we are open and split into 12 equal monthly payments, due in advance on the 1st of each month.
Fees are payable for booked days, including when your child is absent through illness or holiday.
You can pay by bank transfer or through Tax-Free Childcare.
If fees are not paid by the 7th of the month, we may charge £10 for each written reminder after the first. Fees more than one month overdue may lead to your child’s place being suspended or ended.
We review our fees once a year and will give you at least one month’s written notice of any change.
A 10% discount applies to the fees for a brother or sister.

4. Funded hours

Once we are registered with Ofsted, we will offer 15 and 30 funded hours to eligible families, in line with Ealing Council’s rules.
Funded hours are free. We stretch them across our 51-week year and take them off your monthly fees.
We may make an optional charge of £1.50 per funded hour for meals, nappies and activities. You can choose to bring your own food and nappies instead.
You must give us a valid eligibility code and reconfirm it every 3 months. If your code lapses, full fees apply from the point your funding stops.

5. Opening, closures and collection

We are open Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 6:30pm, 51 weeks a year. We close for one week at Christmas, which is not charged.
If we have to close for reasons outside our control, such as severe weather, a utility failure or public health advice, we will tell you as soon as we can.
We will only release your child to adults you have named. Anyone else must be arranged in advance and give your agreed password.
Late collection: £10 if you arrive up to 5 minutes after 6:30pm, then £5 for every further 15 minutes. If we can’t reach you or your emergency contacts, we follow our uncollected child procedure, which may involve children’s social care.

6. Health, illness and medication

Please keep your child at home if they are unwell. We follow UK Health Security Agency guidance on how long children should stay away after an illness.
If your child becomes unwell at nursery, we will call you and ask you to collect them as soon as possible.
We can only give prescribed or agreed medication with your written consent.
You must tell us about allergies, medical conditions and dietary needs before your child starts, and about any changes. We are a nut-free nursery.

7. Notice and cancelling

You must give six weeks’ notice in writing to end your child’s place. Fees are payable for the notice period whether or not your child attends.
If you accepted your place online or by email, you have 14 days to cancel under consumer law. If your child starts during those 14 days at your request, you’ll pay for the care already provided.
We may end a place with six weeks’ notice, or sooner if fees are seriously overdue, if the terms are repeatedly broken, or if staff or children are put at risk by behaviour towards them.

8. Our responsibilities

We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage, keep your child safe, and hold public liability and employer’s liability insurance. We aren’t responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings, so please label everything. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

9. Using this website

We work hard to keep this website accurate, but details such as fees, availability and funding rules can change. The fee calculator gives an estimate only; your contract and invoices set out what you pay. Links to other websites, such as GOV.UK, are provided for information and we aren’t responsible for their content. The content, logo and design of this website belong to Tiny Angels Day Nursery Ltd.

10. Complaints and the law

If you’re unhappy about anything, please speak to us first. We will respond to written complaints within 28 days, as the EYFS requires. You can also contact Ofsted on 0300 123 1231. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
